I see so many people who jump from one diet to another, who have grueling day to day routines that include dull or expensive meals, over working the body, stressing over calorie intake and their growing waistline, inadequate sleep and plummeting energy. They are always waiting for the right time or the next vacation to get their health on track and any little bump in the road puts a stop to all wellness practices.
The goal of this 8 week program is to show you the way to all around, 365 days of real and true wellness. I teach you why, I show you how and I break it down to easily digestible information. I have designed this program to be content and information LOADED, which is why the 8 weeks are broken down to optimize your time and energy.
Within these 8 weeks we will be talking about emotional health, stress management, exercise, sleep, optimizing hormones, handling social situations, and everything else in between. You’ll get everything you need in order to design a sustainable way of living a life of real wellness.
You’ll make the key mindset shifts to propel you onto your journey of healing, learning, self love and finding real and true wellness
By tackling the brain you will be able to connect back to who you are and take back control of your energy, mood and motivation. With the awareness and insight on how your brain can works against you, you’ll be able to choose again to remain positive & be your best self.
You will feel good making yourself feel good. The relationships in your life will become stronger, your energy will begin to rise and your mind will be light and free. By taking care of you, you will be on top of your game for others and most importantly – for yourself.
You will feel MORE than prepared to plan and prepare your meals. The anxiety over what to eat will begin to lift and your mindful consumption practices will strengthen. The future looks bright and moving your body has become a sacred self care practice – not a chore.
You look forward to waking up – yes I said it! You finally have the energy and motivation needed to get through your day. Your days begin to unfold with ease and grace. You know what needs to be done, you make time for yourself and prioritize what lights you up. Each day becomes a blessing and you handle bumps in the road without breaking a sweat.
This week we are going to take a look at the importance of relationships, how judgement and comparison can lower your vibe & most importantly – how to protect your energy
You will want to mend broken relationships and treat the ones you have with love and care. Your enemies will fade into the distance and the word hate will follow suit. You will feel your heart begin to grow (yes, like in the Grinch) as you deepen your connection to others. The hateful thoughts and jealous tendencies will be released and you'll feel more peace than you knew possible.
The routines we set in place have simply become a part of your life. You don't have to force yourself to eat well and move your body - you don't have to over think every meal you have because you are already doing all the right things. You've found a way to protect your high vibrations and energy from those who try and bring you down. Your relationships bring more joy & love than you've ever known. Your days unfold with ease and grace.
