I see so many people who jump from one diet to another, who have grueling day to day routines that include dull or expensive meals, over working the body, stressing over calorie intake and their growing waistline, inadequate sleep and plummeting energy. They are always waiting for the right time or the next vacation to get their health on track and any little bump in the road puts a stop to all wellness practices.

The goal of this 8 week program is to show you the way to all around, 365 days of real and true wellness. I teach you why, I show you how and I break it down to easily digestible information. I have designed this program to be content and information LOADED, which is why the 8 weeks are broken down to optimize your time and energy.

Within these 8 weeks we will be talking about emotional health, stress management, exercise, sleep, optimizing hormones, handling social situations, and everything else in between. You’ll get everything you need in order to design a sustainable way of living a life of real wellness.

week 1:
Make the decision.

People can pay butt loads of money, go through programs and try new diets yet still fall back into the toxic and low energy cycle immediately after. This week is dedicated to setting you up for life long success and true wellness.

  • The first step most people miss when trying to reach their wellness goals
  • How to find clarity on what it is you really want with action steps on how to get there
  • The key to creating long lasting results and pure happiness with who you are
  • Introduction to mindfulness practice

You’ll make the key mindset shifts to propel you onto your journey of healing, learning, self love and finding real and true wellness



We want to start with who you are in THIS moment. Not who you’ve been or who you think you should be. This week tackles all things mental – your mental health is the base of your overall wellness.

  • How to connect with yourself to figure out what it is you need in a given moment
  • Why validation is key
  • What the ego is and why this plays a massive role in your ability to make long lasting changes
  • The number one reason you haven’t been able to stick to your health goals and practices

By tackling the brain you will be able to connect back to who you are and take back control of your energy, mood and motivation. With the awareness and insight on how your brain can works against you, you’ll be able to choose again to remain positive & be your best self.



It’s time to get selfish! One of the biggest obstacles I see with clients is letting the opinion and needs of others interfere with their wellness journey. This week is dedicated to showing you why it is CRUCIAL to fill your cup first.

  • Why sleep is the #1 factor for your health
  • The best forms of self care and how often they should be present in your daily life
  • What intuition really means and how to reconnect to your inner power & light

You will feel good making yourself feel good. The relationships in your life will become stronger, your energy will begin to rise and your mind will be light and free. By taking care of you, you will be on top of your game for others and most importantly – for yourself.


week 4:

The 4 week meal plan and movement plan have come to an end & it is time for you to learn the who, what, when, where, why and how. This week you will be handed the Real with Emma Nutrition Bible and we will dive into what forms of movement best serve you and your body.

  • The rundown on mindful consumption
  • Why you need to eat ENOUGH
  • How to meal prep, cooking hacks, spice cheat sheet, easy health swaps and why food quality matters
  • All you need to know guide to eating out, reading nutrition labels and how to stay prepared
  • What forms of movement support your metabolism and hormones
  • How to create movement routines that give results and you actually enjoy

You will feel MORE than prepared to plan and prepare your meals. The anxiety over what to eat will begin to lift and your mindful consumption practices will strengthen. The future looks bright and moving your body has become a sacred self care practice – not a chore.


week 5:

You’ve got the information, you have me as your #1 supporter…it is time for the next phase. This week is all about taking your new mindset, motivation and knowledge and creating a lasting wellness routine that you enjoy & will stick to. No more unrealistic goals, no more crazy calendars. It is time to create a life you love to live.

  • The biggest motivation and routine killer – decisions
  • How to manipulate your time and energy to do more for less
  • Why creating consistent routines are the foundation of your health and happiness
  • • How to apply your mindfulness practices to, well everything.

You look forward to waking up – yes I said it! You finally have the energy and motivation needed to get through your day. Your days begin to unfold with ease and grace. You know what needs to be done, you make time for yourself and prioritize what lights you up. Each day becomes a blessing and you handle bumps in the road without breaking a sweat.


week 6:
sense of love.

This week we are going to take a look at the importance of relationships, how judgement and comparison can lower your vibe & most importantly – how to protect your energy

  • Why people judge you - how to handle feeling judged and why empathy is key.
  • How to kill the comparison game.
  • The importance of focusing on YOUR journey - how to stay in your lane and keep others from pushing you off track

You will want to mend broken relationships and treat the ones you have with love and care. Your enemies will fade into the distance and the word hate will follow suit. You will feel your heart begin to grow (yes, like in the Grinch) as you deepen your connection to others. The hateful thoughts and jealous tendencies will be released and you'll feel more peace than you knew possible.


week 7:

Week seven focuses on facing the reality of how the relationships in your life affect your wellbeing. We take a deep look at how those in your life add to & detract from your energy. You are the top 5 people you surround yourself with – family, colleagues, partners, etc. How can we create an environment in which you thrive?

  • The sneaky ways those around you can suck your energy.
  • How to set positive & loving boundaries with those in your life to keep your vibes high & protected.
  • The real deal with living a balanced life - how to get to a place where "healthy living" is your life and not just a goal or chore to accomplish.
  • Perspective, perspective, perspective.

The routines we set in place have simply become a part of your life. You don't have to force yourself to eat well and move your body - you don't have to over think every meal you have because you are already doing all the right things. You've found a way to protect your high vibrations and energy from those who try and bring you down. Your relationships bring more joy & love than you've ever known. Your days unfold with ease and grace.


week 8:

This week is when we CELEBRATE! You have completed the work of the 8 week program. This week is dedicated to discussing any lingering issues or questions you have.

  • You hold the power. Happiness, health, energy and a body you love are always within reach.
  • How to find your way back to alignment when things get hairy.
  • I am your #1 fan.

You are filled with love and gratitude for how far you have come. You are so genuinely excited to continue your path to real and true wellness. You are glowing. You are vibrant. You're truly you.
