After falling into numerous diet trends and disordered behaviors, watching family, friends and clients all do the same all with no results – I decided it was time to talk about what it REALLY means to be well.
I believe that the more you stress about your weight, your diet and your waistline, the more harm you are doing to your wellness. By choosing to follow a diet or workout regimen that creates waves of anxiety, you are creating a dark space where your health can’t help but deteriorate.
The best way to meet your goals is to ditch the diets, transition from a life of obsessiveness to a life of mindfulness — & most importantly, fall in love the process.
