More importantly, I’m your go-to gal for all things wellness. I’m on a mission to show the realness behind the health and wellness industry – and redefine what it means to be “healthy”.


After falling into numerous diet trends and disordered behaviors, watching family, friends and clients all do the same all with no results – I decided it was time to talk about what it really means to be well.


I believe that the more you stress about your weight, your diet and your waistline, the more harm you are doing to your wellness. By choosing to follow a diet or workout regimen that creates waves of anxiety, you are creating a dark space where your health can’t help but deteriorate.


The best way to meet your goals is to ditch the diets, transition from obsessiveness to mindfulness & most importantly, fall in love the process. My clients and I work toward making small changes to their daily life, that ultimately lead to a brighter and lighter self.

I see so many people who jump from one diet to another, who have grueling day to day routines that include dull or expensive meals, over working the body, stressing over calorie intake and their growing waistline, inadequate sleep and plummeting energy. The goal of this 8-week program is to show you the way to all around, 365 days of real and true wellness. I teach you why, I show you how and I break it down to easily digestible information. I have designed this program to be content and information LOADED, which is why the 8 weeks are broken down to optimize your time and energy.

Within these 8 weeks we will be talking about emotional health, stress management, exercise, sleep, optimizing hormones, handling social situations, and everything else in between. You’ll get everything you need in order to design a sustainable way of living a life of real wellness.
